Rudiger H. Wolf

Rudiger H. Wolf
Rudiger "Rudy" H. Wolf is vice president and chief information officer for Puget Sound Energy in Bellevue, Washington. Named CIO in 2008, Wolf is responsible for leading PSE's information technology efforts. With more than 25 years of experience and a specialty in running large-scale delivery Platform, Wolf is charged with identifying and enabling business process improvements for the utility. Prior to joining PSE, Wolf was a client partner with Accenture, the global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Wolf's experience includes asset management, system development, maintenance methodology and system implementation for companies such as BC Hydro, Illinois Power/Westech Information Systems, Pacific Telecom, Portland General Electric and the Bonneville Power Administration. Wolf serves as the president of the Liahona Club, a volunteer organization that maintains three youth camps in the Sierra Nevada; a member of the board of the Bellevue College Foundation; and co-chair of the PSE United Way Employee Giving Campaign. Wolf has a bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics from the University of California and a master's degree in business administration from Brigham Young University. He is married and has four children.

Craig Boice

Craig Boice
Craig Boice heads up the Vergence Industry Network, overseeing key partnerships relating to ASK platform. Craig Boice leads the Boice Dunham Group, since its founding in 1983 a leading business development consultancy serving utilities, technology suppliers, and financiers. Mr. Boice has since served more than 200 clients in 20 countries as a business development advisor. Currently, Mr. Boice is advising several Smart Grid initiatives developing corporate strategies designing, developing, and testing new products and Platform and engaging customers. Earlier, Mr. Boice held senior posts in the Washington, D.C. and London, U.K. offices of Coopers & Lybrand worked as an Economist for the U.S. Overseas Private Investment Corporation and served as Vice President Operations for the International Licensing Network, Ltd., a technology management firm. Mr. Boice earned his Master's degree in Management at the Yale University School of Management, majoring in Finance & Accounting, and serving as a Teaching Assistant in Finance. Earlier, while earning his M.A. and M. Phil. In Philosophy, he received the Jacob Cooper Prize in Classics and the Prize Fellowship for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching from Yale University.

William T. Yeates

William T. Yeates
Bill Yeates is the Chairman of the Board of BioGen, Inc a biomass gasification company, and CEO of Alencon Systems, a utility scale inverter company focused on utility scale wind and solar applications. He is the former Executive Vice President, Conservation Solutions which is a part of privately held Sensus, Inc. Conservation Solutions develops and deploys "Smart Grid" sophisticated wireless infrastructure and end point devices for water, gas, and electric utilities around the world. Before joining Sensus, Mr. Yeates was the Chief Executive Officer and board member of publicly held Power-One, Inc., a global electronics manufacturer specializing in power conversion and control products. Mr. Yeates came to Power-One after a 15-year career with AT&T and Lucent Technologies. He held numerous positions in engineering, sales, manufacturing, product management, strategy, and business management in North America, Asia, and Mexico. Mr. Yeates has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University.

Thomas S. Zorich

Thomas S. Zorich
Mr. Zorich is a partner at Scura Paley and Company. Prior to joining Scura Paley and Company, he was a Director at Newforth Partners LLC, a Silicon Valley investment bank that specialized in consulting and transaction services to technology companies, including private placements, intellectual property transfers and mergers and acquisitions advisory. During his tenure at Newforth, Mr. Zorich was responsible for sourcing new business, managing all phases of the transaction process and providing financial and strategic advisory services to the firm's clients. Newforth merged with Woodside Capital in December of 2011. Prior to joining Newforth, Mr. Zorich co-founded Ho-Ho-Kus Inc., an aerospace flight hardware manufacturing company where he served as the firm's Chief Operating Officer. At HHK, Mr. Zorich was responsible for all operations, securing the firm's ISO 9000 approval and new business development at many large OEM's including McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, Pratt & Whitney and General Electric, among others. Prior to HHK, Mr. Zorich held management positions at McDonnell Douglas Corporation (acquired by the Boeing Company), Fairchild Corp. (acquired by Alcoa) and Redland Plc. (acquired by LaFarge, SA). Mr. Zorich received degrees in Mechanical and Electrical engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is also the founder of Sawtooth Capital, a value focused Registered Investment Advisor where he serves as Portfolio Manager. Mr. Zorich is an advisor to several private companies including Appsolute Media, Vergence Entertainment and Civil Solutions Incorporated.

Neil Markowitz

Neil Markowitz
Neil Markowitz M.Ed. has been actively involved as a professional educator and non-profit administrator for over 25 years. With an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University, and a Masters of Science from the University of Michigan, Mr. Markowitz has successfully taught graduate level coursework, and managed the design and development educational projects for a wide range of public agencies and private organizations, including energy utilities. For two years in the mid-1980's he lived in Australia while on the faculty at Deakin University in the College of Education. In 1991 he co-founded the Environmental Education Exchange, dedicated to promoting professional development and training for a diversity of education audiences and the design of environmental education instructional materials for clients throughout the U.S. and Mexico. As the Executive Director for the Environmental Education Exchange, Neil is responsible for program administration (fund raising, finance, staff and project management, and strategic planning initiatives), and keeps an active day-to-day hand in educational materials development and implementation. Neil has been closely involved in the administration of grant and contractually based educational Platform and planning efforts ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budgetary constraints, and with high levels of client and audience satisfaction.
