Robert J. Feeney

Robert J. Feeney    Business & Program Development
Creator of the ASK platform, Robert J. Feeney is responsible for client relationships and the development of employee and customer learning Platform. Mr. Feeney developed the ASK platform's initial utility client relationships with Puget Sound Energy in Washington and NV Energy in Nevada. Mr. Feeney is Co-founder and President of Vergence Entertainment LLC. He brings to ASK platform his storytelling experience with major entertainment companies and advertisers, including Walt Disney Pictures, CBS, Universal Television, German Answer Prods., Nissan, J. Walter Thompson, and Lotte (Seoul, Korea). Mr. Feeney co-invented the Vergence's patented Ringorang™ software product and developed initial program deployments for the property. Under Mr. Feeney's Platform, Ringorang™ showed initial validation as a customer motivator and driver of traffic to product websites for advertisers, including demonstrations for the Coca Cola company, plus successful deployments with AnheuserBusch-distributed LoneRider Beer and with the Digital College Network on their bus tour campaign with CBS College Network and Universal Music, among others . Mr. Feeney is now responsible for the customer education treatment of a SmartGrid trial partly funded by an ARRA grant from the U.S. Department of Energy. Mr. Feeney developed the business plan for Vergence Entertainment and manages the implementation of that plan. Together with his partners, Robert Feeney has raised seed and operating capital for Vergence and its parent company of over $11 million to date. Mr. Feeney has also co-invented other properties and technologies for Vergence, and has been responsible for leading the company's properties Ringorang™, Pipsquakz™ and Harmonics Technology™ to issued patents in the U.S. and foreign territories.

Cary E. Sholer

Cary Sholer is responsible for implemention and project management for ASK platform. Mr. Sholer is the Professional Services Director at Vergence Entertainment. He brings 25 years of experience of transforming businesses using new technology, processes and training. His business transformation skills were developed at Intel Corporation, where he revamped many operations, earning several Intel Quality Awards. His leadership experiences were honed on-the-job working in executive leadership positions in the following companies: Wells Fargo Bank, Intel, WebTelecom, CRM Masters, WaveStrong and Farallon Risk Group. Cary brings 10 years in Information Security and 10 years of Customer Relationship Management experience with him to Vergence Entertainment. He is the inventor of a patent pending business method and system for quick responses to IT critical events. Cary is a well-known public speaker in the San Francisco Bay Area on business development and professional development topics. He has consulted for executives at the following companies and organizations: Puget Sound Energy, NV Energy, Wells Fargo, First America, Ceridian, The Clorox Company, Kaiser Permanente, Swedish Medical Center, Providence Health & Services, Kootenai Health, Memorial Health System of Colorado Springs, Trusted Systems Laboratories, California State Department of Motor Vehicles and Department of Social Services.

Mark Wells

Mark Wells    Sales & Marketing
Mark Wells is Vice President in charge of sales and marketing for Vergence Entertainment, and is focused on placements of ASK platform. Mr. Wells graduated in 1988 from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He has a twenty-three year career in high technology with various companies. Mr. Wells was most recently the Vice President of Global Business Development at Sensus, a 100-year-old global leader in utility infrastructure systems and resource conservation. At Sensus, Mr. Wells successfully introduced and promoted the company's marquee AMI product, FlexNet, to international markets. He developed a sales pipeline in excess of $5 Billion. Mr. Wells previously held various executive and management positions in marketing, sales, business development and engineering in a variety of companies such as Nortel, Cadence, Power-One, Volterra and smaller start up companies as well. Throughout his career Mr. Wells has worked for companies which have focused on either energy technology or communications technology.

Jay Dysart

Jay Dysart is responsible for the strategic and technical development of ASK program deployments as well as the product and technology roadmap for Ringorang™. He is a key driver of branding and software development for the ASK platform's initial Platform with Puget Sound Energy and NV Energy, as well as with VasoNova and Teleflex which are the premiere health and medical clients utilizing the ASK platform for training employees and engaging customers. Mr. Dysart has been producing new media since 2000. He founded JLOOP Rich Media in Long Beach, California. With JLOOP he produced thousands of web applications, games, websites, videos, iPhone/iPad apps, software integrations, ecommerce implementations, advertising packages and more for hundreds of clients in diverse industries. Mr. Dysart serves as a rare combination strategist/producer/developer. He works hands-on in all of the technologies he produces - having personally served as the primary developer on most of JLOOP's most technically challenging projects - as well as the primary voice guiding clients and partners to maximize the effectiveness of their digital strategy. He has led large teams in building enterprise web development projects for entertainment brands, and supplemented small teams with expertise and guidance in focused areas such as ecommerce, iOS and Flash development. Among the clients whom Mr. Dysart has served are Subaru of America, Anthony Robbins Companies, McDonalds, CBS, Verizon, Cleveland Golf, Element Skateboards, Teles Properties, DIC Entertainment, Sotheby's, NFL Players, BizRate.com, and many more.

Greg Pinter

Greg Pinter    Technology
Greg Pinter is Vice President of Technology for Vergence Entertainment. Greg is a veteran entrepreneur in mobile marketing and applications and a true pioneer in the online coupon space. Mr. Pinter has extensive experience managing companies, building management teams, developing viable business models, raising capital and creating strategic relationships. As founder and CEO of NetInformer (now a part of Media General), he was responsible for creating and operating many mobile business "firsts" in the U.S., such as an SMS reverse-auction game platform, Xtra! Mobile Coupons, and mobile newspaper and real estate systems. Prior to NetInformer, Mr. Pinter worked at SkyTel as senior director of subscriber services where he was responsible for network design and implementation as well as the design, verification, and deployment of subscriber devices on the SkyTel 2-way and 1-way messaging networks. Prior to SkyTel, Mr. Pinter served as general manager and vice president of the Americas for Mobileway (now Sybase 365) and directed the business operations and activities for this region. Before MobileWay, he served as vice president of business development for JP Systems, a wireless ASP, where he was responsible for building strategic relationships with such companies as Palm Computing, Handspring, Yahoo, Excite, AT&T, Aether, Motorola, and IBM. Before joining JP Systems, Greg held the position of vice president of marketing and business development at the Wireless Access division of Glenayre and was responsible for the definition of new products and features for the 2-way paging marketplace such as encryption, IrDA connectivity, and custom wireless forms. In his early career, Greg worked at Honeywell Aerospace where he conceived and led the subsequent development effort of the world's first low-cost digital map system for helicopters. Greg holds a BSEE degree from the University of California, Irvine and is regarded as an expert in all aspects of mobile, including interface design, gaming, commerce, and couponing.
